Although rare, in the event of damage, we deal with the situation immediately. We conduct a thorough inspection after each stay and, if damage is found, contact the guest for a resolution and ensure repair costs are covered. It’s simple: you give us 2 or 3 identical sets of keys, and we handle the rest.
We work with secure key exchange partners — you’ll just need to drop off one set the day before each booking. The second set should be left on the kitchen counter inside the property.
